Jamie delves into the key composers and developments over time; starting with opera’s baroque beginnings and moving relentlessly forward right up to the modern-day Hamilton. It highlights the major changes and individual game-changers through each century, shines a spotlight on the movers and shakers and then focuses upon the greatest operas by the greatest composers.
