The Open Door Community Garden is a beautiful and tranquil oasis at the rear of Open Door. It is a living space in which we are keen to get our community involved in experiencing the joys of our garden and of gardening. The garden is home to all sorts of creatures and we are working hard to build a garden that works for them as well as for us.
Join this immersive session for children (+5 years old, who will need to be accompanied) where they will get a chance to build their own bug hotel to take home as well as set up a couple of bug hotels for the Open Door Community Garden. Spaces on the workshop will be limited (8 children), so please book early to secure your space. Our Community Café will also be open that afternoon, providing teas, coffee and cakes for your families. What a lovely way to spend a hopefully sunny Sunday afternoon.
