Our new art for wellbeing classes help to offload the stresses of everyday life and concentrate on the positive in a creative and therapeutic way.
In each session, we will explore different themes and techniques, creating beautiful art together that will boost your confidence, instil a sense of calm while developing personal resilience to support your wellbeing. You do not have to be creative or have any art experience; there are no rules in art for wellbeing.
Your tutor Sharon is a multi-discipline artist, spreading the joys of making and crafting for yourself through the use of acrylics, mixed media and doodling; combining different themes and new skills each session.
Runs on both 13 & 20 February, 10am-12noon
