Equally many of us have jobs where we are seated for most of the day. This can lead to sore and aching lower back or shoulders, tight hips and shortened hamstrings.
In this workshop you will learn how to move your body to realise the joints and muscles, improving your posture, breath and overall health and finding your own natural pain relief.
